The essence of the problem in its general view and its connection with important scientific and practical problems. In modern conditionss the demands to specialist professional training is growing in different types of educational establishments. The investigation of innovational teaching technologies is of great importance. It is aimed at receiving clear preplanned teaching results, taking into consideration the peculiarities of a particular specialisation. At the same time the level of professional preparation, especially in tourist sphere, doesn't satisfy the demands of modern society and market.
The review of the problem about teaching technologies helps to see the technology as a dynamic process of man formation, based on permanent content choice, methods of teacher and student activity and also on a choice of such teaching terms where the student treats training as a process where he takes part personally. According to the analysis we can see how much the problem of technology comprehension is important and how much it is simplified in all technology classifications. For the time being there is no generally accepted technology classification. They suggest technology classifications according to such principles as: according to the principle of purposefulness, content of pedagogical process, organisation of educational activity, level of novelty etc.

The purpose of the theses is to ground the pedagogical terms of training technologies integration in professional students training in higher educational establishments and concretise them on the sample of professionaly oriented and humanitarian disciplines.

The content of the basic investigational material with complete grounding of received scientific results. High productivity and quality of future specialist teaching depends on "happy choice of teaching technologies". If a teacher wants the choice of technologies to occur systematically, taking into consideration the logics of some particular disciplines, he "should have well developed system, model and reflexive levels of his/her own pedagogical activity. The outlet to the technological level of educational process confirms high level of methodological culture of teacher and his/her ability to adapt teaching technologies to some patricular terms". [2, .180].

The specific peculiarity of foreign language is students' negative and subjective attitude towards it, which was formed as to a very difficult discipline, which cannot be mastered through training in school and higher educational establishment. Though, the problem can be solved through everyday, systematic and motivated work. To Kobiatz'ka's mind "the purpose of foreign language learning should be concrete, perceptible, and necessary for student". Accordingly, when the organisation of disciplines teaching which have communicative value for students, is correct, foreign language can be mastered in the process of adequate pedagogical communication between teacher and student not worse than any other educational discipline. [5, .83].

The efficiency of foreign language learning depends on emotional and volitional sphere, which foresees the following: development of sense of will; taking into account positive and negative emotions; providing the conditions for good mood; formation of higher emotions (moral, intellectual, aesthetic), sense of will and abilities to overcome the difficulties, such personal traits as purposefulness, decisiveness, persistence, self-control, courage [10].

Integrated teaching technologies require lots of time. Sometimes integrated teaching technologies are not applied properly and that's why they can complicate the process of achieving the educational purpose of a class.

We think that the application of integrated method to teaching technologies in specialist professional preparation foresees the provision of such pedagogical terms as:

Determination of choice criteria of foreign language teaching technologies;

Grounding scientific reason for technologies integration of professionally oriented and humanitarian disciplines into specialist preparation;

Singling out peculiarities of teaching technologies integration in professional preparation of concrete profile specialist, for example, of tourist sphere;

Formation of teaching technologies system based upon integrated method of various disciplines learning;

Development of teaching technologies integration model of various disciplines learning in specialist preparation of concrete profile.

Integrated teaching technologies reflect the peculiarities of mastering of scientific sphere, educational discipline, topic and use of concrete teaching methods for it. Let's show the application of integrated teaching technologies in foreign language learning, basing upon developments. [3; 8].

Integrated technology based upon method of 25-th scene, method of Igor Shechter and method of Denys Runov.

The so called "method of 25-th scene" is often considered as one of the strongest methods of foreign language learning. The basis of this method is subconscious information perception in the form of pair of words in native and english languages. But similar variant of simple remembering of word meanings cannot give any result while studying foreign languages. Besides the very technology of 25-th scene arouses doubts. But some separate aspects of this method can be integrated with method of Igor Shechter. Method of Igor Shechter is based upon the fact that foreign language should be taken as native. In order to realise this method at the beginning students are taught to express their minds communicating in different hypothetic situations. Only then teachers explain various grammatical materials. Supplementing first two methods with method of linguist and psycologist Denis Runov, based on teaching grammar with the use of graphic symbols and learning new words by heart according to the method of direct associations, it is possible to achieve integrative result.

Conclusions and perspectives for further investigations in this direction. In this way, the effieciency of preparation of higher establishment students can be much improved if to realise teaching technologies integration of professionaly oriented and humanitarian disciplines, which is based upon scientifically grounded combination of possibilities of teaching technologies of various disciplines and positively influences the quality of educational activity. To the further directions of investigation we can add the use of integrated teaching technologies for the specialists of concrete profile, in particular of tourist sphere.
